Despite all the traditional name-calling, hype, backbiting, negativity, and mudslinging going around all over the media, and certain environments in our modern times during this last campaign season one word was emblazoned on the minds of all Americans: Change. People want change. Change the economy, change the health care systems, change energy reliance, change for the future generations, change, change, change! It is part of the human psyche to want to change something when things are out of our control or things are not working just quite right the way we want. Often times we are not even clear to why or what we want changed; we just know that things have to be different to move forward.

Now that spring fever is here what kind of experiences do you want to have? Do you have the desire to grow and develop as individuals and plan New adventures for your life? Spring is a great time to regroup and jot down some New strategies and goals to achieve better Health, Fitness, and Wellness plans to your life values, and principles. Begin by mapping out specific strategies and outcomes you'll have much more success of making them a reality with a written plan.
Finally! One big question to ask yourself what areas of my life would I like to keep the same that are working well and what areas would I like improve on in the months ahead? With a road map and a measurable plan you can usually get back on track and expect to reach new possibilities.
