Helpful tips and strategies to get You organized,set new goals, and keep Focused

Are you hoping to make some CHANGES in your life? We would all like to change something -- our job satisfaction, health, intellectual development, or relationships. The hardest part about self-improvement isn't knowing what you want to change, it's making the change STICK! But most people fail to reach their goals for one of three (very preventable) reasons -- the goal was unrealistic, the ENVIRONMENT was not conducive to change, or the person gave up too soon. So this month, we offer some suggestions for bringing lasting improvements into your life. It's never too late to be the person you always hoped you would be.


Some Practical Organizing Tips...

Don't try to make too many changes at once. If you try to turn around multiple areas of your life at the same time, you will get OVERLOADED and burnt out -- and probably won't accomplish any of your goals. Focus your efforts for success!
Make things easier on yourself -- make your ENVIRONMENT conducive to achieving your goals. To lose weight, toss out the junk food. To get organized, set up the right systems. And if you want more free time, block it off in your calendar.
Spend time EVERY day working toward your goal, even if only for 15 minutes. It's like climbing a staircase -- you have to do it one step at a time. And don't be too hard on yourself if you backslide -- just pick back up where you left off and keep moving.
